• Tool: What tool do you want to use for the creation of your website? The most popular like WordPress or another?

• Or do you want to use your site for something else?

Who is your audience?

• Which clients do you want to serve?
• Who do you want to read your blog?

What colors do you want to use?

• Do the colors match your branding?
• What are your favorite three?

How about the navigation of your website?

• Will you have a Menu bar?
• What clickable items will you have in your Menu?

Answering these kind of questions upfront helps you create an outline for your website. It also keeps you from getting them while building the site which saves you time during the creation process and also a lot of money in case you’re hiring a designer to build your website.
